Hamas Spokesperson Hazem Qassem Reportedly Survives Israeli Air Strike
Hamas spokesperson Hazem Qassem reportedly survived an Israeli air strike targeting his vehicle west of Gaza City, according to media reports.
A security source said the strike hit the Hamas official’s car, but Qassem was not inside at the time. His bodyguard was reportedly killed in the attack.
The strike was part of a series of Israeli attacks across Gaza that reportedly killed at least six people on Thursday.
The incident comes amid continued fighting in Gaza, where Palestinian officials say thousands of people have been killed and injured since the conflict began in October 2023.
