Trump Blames Jordan After Deaths of US Troops During Iran Conflict

US President Donald Trump has criticised Jordan following the deaths of American soldiers on Jordanian territory during the ongoing conflict with Iran.

Speaking at the White House, Trump said the incident would not have occurred if US forces had been directly responsible for security operations. He claimed Iran had managed to move weapons or attacks through Jordanian territory.

Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) said US soldiers were killed and claimed a US radar system was destroyed in Jordan as part of retaliation against American strikes on Iran.

Jordan’s military said its air defence systems intercepted three missiles launched from Iran, with no reported casualties or damage.

The remarks come as tensions continue to rise between the US and Iran across the Middle East.
