Secret US-Israel-Arab Military Meeting Held in Germany, Report Says

Israeli officials have disclosed details of a previously unannounced meeting in Germany involving senior military commanders from the United States, Israel and several Arab countries, according to a report cited by Middle East Eye.

The meeting was reportedly organized by US Central Command commander Admiral Brad Cooper and brought together military chiefs from Israel, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Jordan and Egypt.

The commanders reportedly discussed the ongoing war involving Iran, regional security and military cooperation. The gathering was not publicly announced by the participating governments.

According to the reports, the meeting was held last week as regional tensions remained high and Houthi forces expanded their military activity in Yemen and around the Red Sea.

The meeting is significant because it brought together senior military officials from Israel and Arab states that have developed varying levels of security cooperation with the United States. The discussions reportedly focused on coordination against regional threats, particularly those linked to Iran.

The meeting also comes as the US military has expanded its regional coordination and as Israel has reportedly been moved under the operational responsibility of US Central Command.

Neither the US nor the participating Arab governments publicly announced the meeting. The details were reportedly disclosed by Israeli officials, while the account was first reported by Axios journalist Barak Ravid.
