Seven months after the ceasefire agreement in Gaza Strip came into effect, reports of ongoing Israeli violations continue to raise concerns about the stability of the truce and the humanitarian situation in the territory.

Violations have included air strikes, shootings, restrictions on aid deliveries, and military activity near civilian areas. Palestinian officials and humanitarian groups say repeated incidents have resulted in casualties and worsening living conditions for residents already facing severe shortages of food, medicine, and fuel.

The ceasefire was originally brokered to reduce violence following months of conflict that devastated large parts of Gaza and displaced hundreds of thousands of Palestinians. However, tensions have remained high, with both sides accusing each other of breaching the agreement.

Aid organisations warn that continued instability threatens relief operations and reconstruction efforts. International mediators have repeatedly called for restraint and full implementation of ceasefire terms to prevent another escalation in the conflict.
