Israel Plans Demolition of Two Palestinian Homes After West Bank Incident
The Israeli army has reportedly prepared for the demolition of two Palestinian homes in the occupied West Bank after mapping the properties and carrying out raids ahead of the planned action.
One of the Palestinians linked to the homes was killed during clashes while confronting an Israeli settler raid in the village of Tell. The second Palestinian, accused of taking an Israeli soldier’s weapon, was wounded and later arrested from a hospital in Nablus, according to Israeli media reports.
An Israeli military spokesperson said the homes were raided as a preliminary step toward temporary sealing before demolition.
Meanwhile, Palestinian media reported that settlers set fire to a mosque in Kafr Qaddum, south of Tulkarm, adding to rising tensions across the West Bank.
