Hind Rajab Foundation Says Netherlands Took No Action Over Israeli Soldier War Crimes Complaint
The Hind Rajab Foundation (HRF) has accused Dutch authorities of failing to act on an urgent criminal complaint against Israeli reservist Leon Khlebnikov during his visit to the Netherlands.
HRF said the complaint, filed with the Dutch National Public Prosecutor’s Office, accused Khlebnikov of war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide related to alleged actions in Gaza.
The foundation said the case focused on videos allegedly showing the destruction of civilian infrastructure, including a school in Rafah, which Khlebnikov reportedly shared on social media.
HRF claimed that despite the allegations, no action was taken during his stay in the Netherlands and accused him of showing disregard for international law.
