Child Killed in Israeli Drone Strike While Collecting Water in Gaza City
A Palestinian child was killed and another injured in the Gaza Strip after an Israeli drone strike targeted them while they were collecting water.
According to Gaza’s Civil Defence agency, the children were filling containers with water behind Al-Omari Mosque in eastern Gaza City when an Israeli quadcopter drone dropped an explosive device on them.
The agency said the attack resulted in one child’s death and left another wounded, highlighting ongoing dangers faced by civilians in the conflict between Israel and Palestine.
