US Attacks Iranian Oil Tanker Near Kharg Island Again, Iranian Official Says
US forces have carried out a second missile strike on an Iranian oil tanker near Kharg Island within two days, according to an Iranian official cited by Fars News Agency.
The deputy governor of Bushehr said the empty Belma N.I.22 oil tanker, which was previously hit two days earlier, was targeted again by two US missiles while docked near Kharg Island.
The reported attack comes amid heightened military tensions between the United States and Iran in the Gulf. No additional details on casualties or damage were immediately released, and US authorities have not commented on the claim.
