Trump Warns Iran of Military Action if Agreement Fails
US President Donald Trump has warned that the United States could resume military action against Iran if he is not satisfied with the implementation of a newly signed memorandum of understanding.
Speaking at the G7 summit in France, Trump stressed that the agreement is not final and said future US actions would depend on Iran's behaviour and compliance with the understanding.
Trump also confirmed that the memorandum does not include immediate sanctions relief for Iran. He added that discussions regarding sanctions could take place at a later stage.
His remarks highlight ongoing uncertainty surrounding the agreement and indicate that tensions between Washington and Tehran could continue despite the recent diplomatic breakthrough.
