Three Palestinians Killed as Israeli Forces Continue Gaza Ceasefire Violations

Three Palestinians were killed in separate Israeli attacks across Gaza on Saturday, despite a ceasefire that has been in place since October 2025.

Among those killed was Basir al-Bursh, the son of Gaza Health Ministry Director-General Munir al-Bursh. He was killed in a strike targeting him in the Al-Zahra area west of Jabalia refugee camp in northern Gaza.

Another Palestinian was killed in an Israeli drone strike on the Shujaiya neighbourhood east of Gaza City. A Palestinian girl also died from wounds sustained earlier in Israeli gunfire north of the Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza.

Further Israeli military activity was reported in several areas. Military vehicles opened fire east of Jabalia, while Israeli forces fired in the Al-Shakoush area southwest of Khan Younis. Drone and helicopter attacks were also reported around Khan Younis, Al-Mawasi and Rafah.

Gaza Health Ministry figures cited in the report say Israeli violations of the October 10, 2025 ceasefire have killed 1,386 Palestinians and injured 4,784 others.
