Iran Warns US of Full-Scale Military Response After Continued Bombing
Iran has warned that it could escalate its response against the United States if American strikes continue in the coming days.
Major General Mohsen Rezaee, a senior Iranian military adviser, said Tehran would move beyond limited retaliatory actions and begin “full-scale offensive operations.” He warned that the conflict could expand and said no political border would be considered safe.
Rezaee stated that Iran’s previous focus was deterrence and ending the conflict rather than expanding the war. He also said Tehran’s policy of negotiating during wartime had ended.
His comments come amid rising tensions between Iran and the US, with fears that continued military exchanges could widen the conflict across the region.
