Iran Accuses Israel of Setting ‘Nightly Quota’ for Gaza Killings
Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister for Legal and International Affairs, Kazem Gharibabadi, has accused Israel of continuing deadly attacks in Gaza despite a reported ceasefire.
In a post on X, Gharibabadi alleged that Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir had established a “nightly quota” for killings in Gaza. He also accused Ben Gvir of advocating the expulsion of Palestinians and settlement construction across the enclave.
Gharibabadi said the statements and alleged actions should be documented and preserved for potential future legal proceedings, describing Israeli officials as responsible for serious crimes.
According to figures cited by Iranian officials, more than 73,391 Palestinians have been killed in Gaza since October 2023, while thousands remain missing and are believed to be trapped beneath the rubble.
