Hezbollah Halts Operations Following US-Iran Deal, Official Confirms

A Hezbollah official has said the group has not carried out any operations since the announcement of the US-Iran agreement, Reuters reported.

The unnamed official stated that Hezbollah’s position on the ceasefire depends on whether Israel fully adheres to the agreement. He added that the group rejects what it described as Israel’s “freedom of movement” in Lebanon.

The official also claimed that Iran delayed signing the deal with the US to monitor Israel’s compliance with the ceasefire terms in Lebanon. Hezbollah has not issued an official public statement on the agreement.
